About Our Company
Founded in April 2000 by an energetic entrepreneur and penny stock speculator, Barutiwa Communication Media Link, Corp. originally engaged in the business of operating dotcoms, reselling dial-up Internet Access, and refurbished computers. Due to lack of capital and the collapse of the dotcom business model, the Company degraded to an inactive status by March 2004.

In 2008, management developed a 3-year revitalization plan; thus, calling for the modification of the Company's focus, seeking more accountability to shareholders, re-capitalizing the treasury and completing all corporate filings with its domiciled state.

At the end of 2011, the Company will be positioned as a pure holding company with a new business plan. While in pursuit of accumulating cash assets management is endeavoring to manifest BARUTIWA as an African American financial powerhouse.

Investors
Barutiwa Communication Media Link, Corp. is a privately held holding corporation in transition from an inactive entity to a fully functioning company. Management is fully committed to enhancing shareholders' value. The Company's shareholder base consists of family members, friends and people who have a pre-existing relationship with the founder. Although, Baruti M. Kamau owns more than 87% of the issued and outstanding stock, the Company is dedicated to insuring that none of its shareholders lose value. If that means management must come out of its pockets personally to purchase shares from stockholders, then that is what will be done.

"We believe in perserverance, durability and integrity. That means creating value when there is no value. If we fail in that responsibility to deliver value, then we will purchase all shares from our stockholders," stated Baruti M. Kamau.

Income Sources
At the conclusion of 2011, the Company's revitalization plan should give way to a stronger company with tangible sources of income, a clean balance sheet and augmented value for shareholders.

Principal sources of income follows:

  1. Dividends from holdings in privately held companies.

  2. Proceeds from the sale of long-term holdings in privately held and publicly traded companies.

  3. Proceeds from day trading the stock of publicly held companies.

  4. Proceeds from the sale of dotcom and other intellectual assets.
